Customized 304 316 Stainless Steel 15-300 Micron Round Filter Screen/Filter Disc

We offer metal wire mesh discs of varied materials and sizes. Typical one is stainless steel 
wire woven mesh punched into circular filter. The weaving method is plain, twill, or plain Dutchand twill Dutch.
Also supply welded multilayer pack filter used in rubber industry, plastic industry,and oil industry and cereal sifter. 

Application:
Mainly for the filtration of air, the medium cleaning and flow control of lubrication oil, fuel oil. 
Hydraulic pressure and air pressure system. Any outline size and filtration rating available as the 
requirements of the customer.
Various kinds of filters and filtration equipment available, such as air filter, water filter, oil filter, 
carbon filter, acid filter, oil purifier, filter bag, bag filter

Standard widths 1020mm und 1220mm exstock or at short notice as a production run. Other widths
available on request.

Standard roll lengths 15 m und 30 m dependent upon specification. Sections cut to size are available
in all sizes and shapes.

Weaving and characteristics: Perforated by means of moulds of such shapes as round,square,
rectangle,oval,hat etc.

Uses: it is mainly used in filtering in rubber,pharmacy,brewery,beverage ,in the fiber industry as nozzle etc.
Stainless steel wire can be substituted by copper, galvanized iron wire polyamide fiber or F46 wire if need
